In our continuing effort to develop and expand packaging solutions for the industry, Ropak has introduced a new line of continuous-motion packaging machinery. One of the newest and fastest-growing packaging concepts - the "Stick" is now available in multiple-lane, continuous-motion, vertical-form/fill/seal packaging systems.

5-lane or 10-lane machines are standard. Manufacturing speeds can exceed 100 cycles per minute per lane (1,000 PPM), depending on product flow characteristics, packaging materials, and fill temperatures.

The Ropak Stik Pak machine is one of the few machines of its type to offer filling of liquid or viscous products.  Compared to similar flat pouches, a liquid "stick" can require up to 30% less film material, resulting in considerable cost savings.  An easy-open film is also available to make the liquid stick a very desirable consumer item.
